Editorial Standards

These standards govern everything published on risemagnate. They exist so you can trust what you read here.

Practitioner-first

Every claim is grounded in real experience building and shipping software products solo. When we cite a number from our own business, it is a real number — never invented. Where we illustrate a concept with a placeholder, we mark it explicitly rather than fabricating data. We never promise guaranteed income or specific revenue outcomes.

Sourcing and accuracy

• We link to primary sources (specifications, papers, official documentation) where relevant.
• We distinguish between what is established, what is our opinion, and what is speculation.
• We state assumptions and the conditions under which our conclusions hold.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it and note material corrections. To report an error, email support@colsonsuperapps.com. We take accuracy seriously and respond to credible corrections promptly.

Monetization separation

risemagnate is funded by advertising and affiliate partnerships. These never influence our technical conclusions:

• Affiliate links appear only for tools we would actually run in production, and are always disclosed.
• We do not accept payment for favorable coverage.
• Advertising is clearly separated from editorial content.

Authorship and expertise

Articles are written by Colson, a multi-product solo founder who builds and ships bootstrapped SaaS and mobile products. Author credentials and expertise are published on the About page and attached to each article for transparency (E-E-A-T).

AI and tooling

We may use tooling to assist drafting and research, but every published piece reflects the author’s own engineering judgment and is reviewed for accuracy before publication. The opinions and conclusions are ours.
